Always a step ahead, Juvenate  has launched its exciting new era of advanced regenerative skin solutions, formulated around new innovations combining exosomes and bio-needle treatments. Juvenate founder and director Marie August shares an insightful look at the Juvenate Exosome IQ Micro-Channel Pro System, which essentially delivers an industry-unique multi-mechanism approach for skin strengthening, firming, even skin tone, hydration, plumping, refining and overall skin rejuvenation.

Q. Can you offer a condensed overview of the new treatment and system?
A. A professional in-clinic treatment and retail offering built around bio-communication, getting the skin's own cells talking and responding. It pairs clinically backed plant-based exosomes with our bio-needle micro-channel delivery, so the actives are driven deep where they actually work. The latest in innovation, this system also contains an activated pro-collagen peptide which builds collagen reserves and an advanced Hyaluronic Acid that stimulates the skin's own HA synthesis, plus Niacinamide to increase cell metabolism. Combined, they deliver a multi-mechanism approach to skin strengthening, firming, even skin tone, hydration, plumping, refining and overall rejuvenation. Q. What are the most exciting innovations and developments that the treatment and system offer?
A. Award-winning Plant-based Exosomes replicate the exact structure of human exosomes - 1369 proteins, 109 lipids - triggering real biological responses at 
a cellular level. They speak the same cellular language. Identical surface structures, identical lipid membrane, identical proteins - cells don't read origin, they read structure. It's the key that fits the lock.
Pro-collagen Bioactive Peptide reaches the dermis and directly instructs fibroblasts to build new collagen. Q. What the new innovations that have been part of the development of this launch mean for the industry and for New Zealand clinics?

Chemists, judged by the cosmetic chemists, doctors, formulators and brand owners

Q. Can you explain how the Micro-Channel Pro System works and why combining controlled micro-channelling with your Exosome IQ formulation delivers enhanced outcomes?
A. The clinic advantage: unlike device needling - which involves bleeding, anaesthetic, and long recovery - bio-needles are non-invasive, no device required, no bleeding, no anaesthetic, reawakening the skin with nominal downtime, and excellent ROI. The micro channels stay open and functional for up to 72 hours, continuously delivering actives long after the treatment is finished. That sustained delivery is something device microneedling simply can't do - once those needles are out, the channels close rapidly.

Q. What are the key innovations/ benefits/standout features of the Juvenate Exosome IQ treatment and system for NZ Clinics?
